ID analysis of the application of business ethics at PT Advance Jaya in Pare, East Java

This study aims to analyze the application of business ethics which is applied to PT Maju Jaya. So, the researcher wants to do a research entitled "Analysis of the Application of Business Ethics at PT Maju Jaya in Pare -East Java". This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. This study uses a qualitative analysis method in order to obtain information carefully to determine the application of business ethics at PT Maju Jaya where the application of this concept is carried out using interview techniques to three informants, namely the director of PT Maju Jaya, the head of the finance division of PT Maju Jaya and regular customers of PT Maju Jaya. In addition, researchers made observations to support the results of this study. The findings of this study indicate that the application of business ethics in PT Maju Jaya has not been good in applying deontological ethics. The business ethics applied by PT Maju Jaya is more dominant by setting relativism ethics and utilitarianism ethics. So it can be said that the implementation of business ethics in this company is not perfect.
