Leading Through Disruption: School Leaders' Role in Crisis Management and Recovering the XYZ School in the Post-COVID-19 Era

This conceptual paper examines the role of school leadership in crisis management and the recovery of the XYZ School in the post-COVID-19 era. It explores the specific challenges faced by school leaders at the XYZ Intercultural School and their strategies for effectively managing crises and rebuilding the institution. By addressing the limited research in this particular area, this study fills a gap by providing insights into the unique context of the XYZ School. Through a synthesis of existing literature, qualitative research findings, and empirical evidence, this paper presents a comprehensive understanding of the pivotal role of school leadership in crisis management and school recovery.
