This study explores the usability of an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-supported Learning Management System (LMS) implemented at Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University (EBYU), the first of its kind in Turkey. The research focuses on how students perceive the system’s usability, particularly in relation to demographic factors such as gender, age, and frequency of use. Utilizing the System Usability Scale (SUS), data were collected from 82 undergraduate students who had actively used the AI-enhanced features of the LMS for at least one semester. Findings indicate an above-average usability score (M = 75.2), with significant differences observed across gender and age groups. Female and younger students reported higher satisfaction levels, and more frequent use of the system correlated with greater perceived usability. These results suggest that EBYU’s AI-supported LMS is both effective and user-friendly. The study highlights the importance of personalized training and technical support to maximize the benefits of AI integration in higher education environments.
